Building Survey/ Level 3 Report

A Building Survey provides a thorough inspection and detailed report. It is frequently used for larger, older buildings or where a property has been substantially and structurally altered. The comprehensive report includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.

RICS Homebuyer Report

A popular choice for properties in reasonable condition and conventionally built. This “mid range”, level 2 report includes a visual inspection of the property and identifies defects requiring repairs and on-going maintenance. The report includes an optional market valuation.

RICS Condition Report

Suitable for recently built properties, the report identifies legal issues, urgent defects and potential risks of the property. Using a traffic light rating system this report provides a professional, concise and easy to understand description of the condition of the property.
